Initiate Your Return

Package Your Items
Place the items in their original bio-degradable packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact and the garment is in its original condition.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-10 business days.
